Hi there, I’m Chris.
And for as long as I can remember,
I’ve led a life of dedication.
At first, to my parents.
To my mates.
And my children.
Then, to my colleagues.
To my team.
And my clients.
So when I'm not out on the ocean,
spending time with my kids,
or scaling my award-winning business,
I pour myself into helping people simplify goals.
Overcome obstacles.
And create a life that fulfils them.
Because nothing fires me up more than helping others achieve their version of success.
But I didn't always get to spend my days growing careers, unlocking capability, and hanging out at the ocean with my boys.
As a kid, I spent my afternoons working with my stepdad, while my mum operated a busy haberdashery.
Hard work was the norm.
And I watched both of them work long days
and weather the storms over the years.
When I left school, I fell into a job as a plasterer, and my strong work ethic soon turned that into a business of my own.
Fast forward a few years, and I found myself in the construction industry.
And cutting my teeth in this world?
It taught me some of my hardest business lessons.
Which ultimately ended in losing my and my family’s money to the harsh reality of corporate insolvency.
I found myself in the Real Estate industry, starting from the bottom.
I had no listings.
And no experience.
So for two years, I barely came up for air.
Just like my parents:
I worked long hours.
I built relationships.
And nine years later, I took over the reins.
And rebuilt the business.
The highs and lows of my journey have taught me a thing or two about business.
And a few more about life.
I've learnt that success isn't linear.
That your mental game is more important than your experience.
And that technology means nothing without technique.
And, most importantly, the challenges will never stop coming.
The world will never stop changing.
And the only constants we can depend on,
Are those we create for ourselves.
